What do you think makes more of an impact, progressed planets or transiting planets?

I believe it's a matter of opinion because the heaviest of the heavy hitters IMO are Saturn and Pluto. And those two can pack a punch via a progressed chart and transits due to their heavy themes.

I mean, even with "good" aspects and/or some help from the benefics, do you think delay and restriction or power and transformation can ever be described as easy-breezy?

Diana Garland and Bracha Goldsmith have both youtube channels with multiple 10k followers and used to upload astrology content on a regular basis for years. However they both stopped at some point & we never posted on their platforms anymore!
