Can you change the rising sign for a chart without changing the "time of birth"

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anybody knew how to change/edit the ascendant sign so that a specific sign was on the ascendant for a chart/an event chart. I know you can do this on astro-seek (selecting Whole Signs starting at, for example, 0 degrees Capricorn), but I was just wondering if this option was possible on astro.com?

Diana Garland and Bracha Goldsmith have both youtube channels with multiple 10k followers and used to upload astrology content on a regular basis for years. However they both stopped at some point & we never posted on their platforms anymore!
