This year it falls on April 18 and runs from April 16 through 23. This observation of Yom Hashoah, also known as Holocaust Remembrance Day, commemorates the lives and heroism of Jewish people who died in the Holocaust between 1933 and 1945. Because it is based in the Jewish calendar, the day changes each year, and this year it’s April 18. Next year it will be May 6. In 2025 it's April 24, in 2026 it's April 14, in 2027 it's May 4, and in 2028 it's April 24.
